New Deal Slabotown Sling Cocktail Recipe

Slabtown Sling

Dreary weather got you down? Get tropical with a sunny Slabtown Sling! New Deal Gin No. 1 is perfect in this Pacific Northwest take on the gin based tiki classic.

  • 1 oz New Deal Gin No. 1
  • 3/4 oz Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz Stonebarn Oregon Cherry Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz New Deal Cascadia Liqueur
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 dashes Angostura bitters
  • soda water
  • 1 orange peel for garnish

Combine all ingredients (except soda water) and shake well with ice. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with an orange peel.
