Dreary weather got you down? Get tropical with a sunny Slabtown Sling! New Deal Gin No. 1 is perfect in this Pacific Northwest take on the gin based tiki classic.
- 1 oz New Deal Gin No. 1
- 3/4 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz Stonebarn Oregon Cherry Liqueur
- 1/4 oz New Deal Cascadia Liqueur
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 dashes Angostura bitters
- soda water
- 1 orange peel for garnish
Combine all ingredients (except soda water) and shake well with ice. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with an orange peel.
