- ¼ oz Cascadia American Bitter Liqueur
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- sparkling wine
- 1 small grapefruit wedge and/or rosemary sprig for garnish
Add Cascadia, simple syrup, and grapefruit juice to a champagne flute and top with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with rosemary and grapefruit.
