Sometimes called a Swimming Pool, the Blue Hawaiian is a creamy delight that can be blended or shaken. Either way, it’s a super delicious tropical treat for a hot day.
- 1½ oz Distiller’s Cut Rum
- ¾ oz blue curaçao
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz Liquid Alchemist Coconut Cocktail Syrup
- pebble or crushed ice
- 1 pineapple wedge, cherry, and cocktail umbrella for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a hurricane or piña colada glass over fresh pebble ice. Or, if you prefer, add all ingredients to a blender (including the ice) and pour into the glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, cherry, and a cocktail umbrella.
