- 1½ oz New Deal Pear Brandy
- ½ oz Distiller’s Workshop Brandy

Having friends over? This one is super easy to batch for a crowd. Simply combine all ingredients (except soda water!) in a 750 ml bottle. You could use a standard wine bottle or a New Deal spirit bottle— these are both 750 ml. Seal the bottle with a cork or cap and shake. Refrigerate until ready to make the drinks.
