The suggested amount of Hot Monkey in this cocktail recipe gives the drink character, but feel free to bump it up to a ½ oz if you like to keep things spicy.
- 1 oz Portland 90 Vodka
- 1 oz Banana Liqueur (We like Combier Liqueur de Banane or DeKuyper® Créme De Banana)
- ¼ oz Hot Monkey Pepper Flavored Vodka
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- banana candy or pineapple for garnish
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass, top with ice, and stir to incorporate.
