Similar to a Reverse Martini, the 50/50 Martini adjusts the vermouth to spirit ratio but we’ve equalized the proportions instead of switching them. We’ve also opted for Roots Bianco Non-alcoholic Aperitif instead of traditional vermouth— taste this cocktail and you’ll see why. This NA aperitif is brimming with fabulous botanicals which compliment the juniper and citrus in our Portland Dry Gin 33, making for one delicious martini.

• 1½ oz Portland Dry Gin 33
• 1½ Roots Divino Bianco Non-Alcoholic Aperitif 
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 lemon peel for garnish

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
