Carrot juice, walnuts, and spiced rum come together in this delicious nocino cocktail! Add a little Ginger Liqueur for spicy complexity!

• 1 oz New Deal Distiller’s Workshop Spiced Rum
• 1 oz New Deal Nocino Liqueur
• 3/4 oz fresh carrot juice
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• 1/4 oz New Deal Ginger Liqueur* (optional, for some spicy complexity)
• 1 piece candied ginger for garnish

Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or sever in an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
