Hands-On Whiskey Making Classes

LEARN HOW CRAFT WHISKEY IS MADE

Our five-hour class offers a hands-on introduction to fermentation, distillation, and barrel-aging of a small-batch whiskey. Attendees will participate in every aspect of production as well as learn how various factors, such as grain choice, enzyme and yeast usage, distillation technique, and barrel aging affect the final whiskey product. Morning coffee and lunch are provided. All classes take place on Sundays from 10am-3pm. Cost: $250 per person. You can sign-up for classes by clicking on the desired date below.

CLASS REGISTRATION

You can sign-up for classes at by clicking on the date above and selecting the number of tickets. You will be asked to enter the full name of each attendee, and then you will proceed to our Shopping Cart check-out page. Payments are made via credit card or PayPal.

THE DETAILS

We keep class attendance at under 15 students per day with registration fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Students must be 21+ to attend.

Purchasing tickets as a gift: If you are buying the ticket as a gift, enter their name as the class attendee. If they are unable to attend the class date purchased, they will need to contact the distillery at 503-234-2513 or through our online contact form to change their registration to a later date in the same class year.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, you will be given a choice to have your registration changed to another open date or receive a 50% refund ($125). Cancellations must be made 15 days before class date.
