Put a little jingle in your holiday mingle with these petite welcome cocktails, sure to please an assortment of guests at your next holiday gathering.
- 1 oz New Deal Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Lillet Blanc
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz rum (strong Jamaican rum like Appleton Estate or Hamilton)
- 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 2 oz soda water
Add all ingredients (except the soda water) into a shaker tin with a few piece of ice and shake briefly. Then, add soda water to the tin. Strain into two or three small cocktail glasses and add a few pieces of ice.
