If a bramble and a negroni had a baby 😉 The citrus and strawberries combine beautifully with both the botanicals from the gin and herbs in the vermouth. Plus, using sorbet instead of fresh strawberries makes this Strawberry Rambler tasty year round.
- 1 1/2 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
- 1/2 oz Carpano Antica vermouth
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 scoop strawberry sorbet
- 2 sprigs of thyme, one for muddling and one for garnish
Combine all ingredients and muddle in one sprig of thyme. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into a coupe glass and garnish with remaining sprig of thyme.
