Tis the season for pumpkin spice!! Keep it simple or go all out with this Pumpkin Spice White Russian.
- 1 1/2 oz Portland 90 Vodka
- 1 1/2 oz New Deal Coffee Liqueur
- Generous splash of Pumpkin Spice creamer
- Pumpkin Spice rim* (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Pour vodka and coffee liqueur into an old fashioned glass rimmed with pumpkin spice and filled with ice. Top with a generous splash of pumpkin spice creamer. If using, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
*For the rim: Combine 1 tsp pumpkin spice, 1 tsp sugar, and 3 tsp graham cracker crumbs. Stir well. Dip the rim of your glass in water, then dip the rim in the pumpkin spice mixture.
