Who doesn’t love a Saturn? We’ve traded passionfruit for pineapple in this fun spin on everyone’s favorite gin-based tiki cocktail.

• 2 oz Portland Dry Gin 33
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz New Deal Tropical Pineapple Syrup
• 1/4 oz Daddy’s Orgeat Cocktail Syrup
• 1/4 oz Daddy’s Banana Falernum Cocktail Syrup
• 1 cherry and lemon peel for garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a cherry and a lemon peel.
