Our take on this modern classic is made with our New Deal Ginger Liqueur and Hopworks Brewer’s Whiskey. It’s tart, gingery, and just a wee bit smokey.
- 2 oz Hopworks Brewer’s Whiskey
- ½ oz New Deal Ginger Liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz honey syrup (2 parts honey to 1 part water)
- ¼ oz McCarthy’s Single Malt Whisky (or any peated whisky)
- 1 piece candied ginger for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice for 10 seconds. Double-strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with skewered candied ginger.
