There are few cocktails more refreshing than the mojito.
- 2 oz Distiller’s Cut Rum
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- soda water
- 10 mint leaves for muddling
- 1 mint sprig or lime wheel for garnish
Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in a pint glass. Add rum, lime juice, and the spent lime half or wedges. Fill the glass with ice and shake briefly. Add soda water to the tin and pour the entire contents back into the pint glass. Garnish with a mint sprig or lime wheel.
