Man Oh Man

For a zesty take on a sour, try our Man Oh Man mandarin sour. This frothy, juicy cocktail swaps lemon for orange and is sure to keep you warm this winter.

  • 1 1/2 oz New Deal Old Tom Gin
  • 1 oz mandarin orange juice, fresh-squeezed
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 4 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 mandarin orange leaf or wedge for garnish

Combine all ingredients and dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 10 seconds. Open the tin, add ice, and shake again for 6 seconds. Stain into a small rocks glass and garnish.
