- ¾ oz New Deal Elderflower Cocktail Syrup
- 1 oz soda water
- 5 mint leaves
- Prosecco, chilled (we like this one)
- 1 lemon wheel and a mint bouquet for garnish
In a wine glass, combine elderflower cocktail syrup, soda water, and mint leaves. Fill the glass with ice and top with chilled Prosecco. Stir to incorporate and garnish with a lemon wheel. Next, clap the mint bouquet in your palm to release the oils and place in the drink.
