Freshly squeezed grapefruit and our herbaceous Gin No. 1 come together in this refreshing fizz.

• 2 oz New Deal Gin No. 1
• 2 oz grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 simple syrup
• soda water
• grapefruit peel, grapefruit slice, & rosemary for garnish

Shake gin, juices, and simple syrup with ice. Add soda water to the tin and double strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and add grapefruit wedges and a rosemary sprig for aromatics and color.
