Juicy, seasonal watermelon and our Ginger Liqueur enhance the flavors of this fresh Margarita riff.
- 1½ oz silver tequila
- ¾ oz New Deal Ginger Liqueur
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 3 large cubes of watermelon, muddled
- 1 watermelon wedge and/or mint sprig for garnish
In your shaker tin, add the watermelon and muddle. Next, add the tequila, ginger liqueur, and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. Stain into a glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with watermelon and mint.
To make a pitcher, multiple this recipe by 3 and make two batches. Strain each batch into a pitcher filled with ice and serve as needed.
