If the choco pineapple combination is new to you, you’re in for a treat! Give this not-too-sweet tropical drink a whirl.
- 2 oz Mud Puddle Bitter Chocolate Vodka
- 3/4 oz New Deal Tropical Pineapple Syrup
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- soda water
- 1 pineapple leaf or lime wheel for garnish
- absinthe mist (optional)
Shake vodka, pineapple syrup, lime juice, and bitters with ice. Add soda water to the tin and strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf or lime wheel. If using, finish the cocktail with a spray of absinthe mist from an atomizer.
