We can’t guarantee it, but we’re pretty sure if Marvin Gaye had this delicious cocktail in hand he wouldn’t have been so sad his lady stayed out all night. This easy winter shandy combines fresh, vibrant pomelo with our Ginger Liqueur and a smooth IPA. Together the balance of citrus, spice and bitter sing a harmonious song.
- 1 oz New Deal Ginger Liqueur
- 2 oz fresh pomelo juice
- 8 oz of your favorite Pacific Northwest IPA (we used Apocalypse IPA)
- pomelo zest for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a footed beer glass and garnish with zest from your pomelo.
