Just outside of Portland, Sauvie Island is home to some wonderful you-pick berry fields. Whether you pick your own or grab some raspberries at the market, this recipe ramps up the raspberry flavors of our Brambleberry Bourbon by including fresh berries in the cocktail.
- 2 oz Brambleberry Bourbon
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 5 raspberries for the cocktail
- 3 skewered raspberries for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice for 10 seconds. Double strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Or use crushed ice if you’re feeling saucy. Garnish with skewered raspberries.
