Delightfully bitter and low ABV, this bubbly bev is a winner! For this americano we’ve replaced the sweet vermouth with Roots Divino Rosso— a bittersweet contemporary non-alcoholic aperitif that’s been very popular in our Bottle Shop. You’ll love the bitter orange, gentian & wormwood flavors.

• 1 oz Roots Divino Rosso Non-Alcoholic Aperitif
• 1 oz Campari
• soda water (we like Fever Tree Club Soda)
• 1 citrus twist for garnish

Pour Campari and Roots Divino Rosso into a collins glass filled with ice. Add soda water and stir to incorporate. Garnish with an orange or  lemon twist.
