• 1 oz New Deal Pear Brandy
• 1 oz New Deal Ginger Liqueur
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz honey
• 1 dash of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick
• hot water
• candied ginger, lemon, or clove-studded orange for garnish

Combine spirits, lemon juice, and honey in a toddy glass. Top with hot water and stir until honey fully dissolves. Add cinnamon and garnish with candied ginger, lemon, or a clove-studded orange peel.

Note: Hot toddies are a lot like tea or coffee; everyone likes theirs differently! Experiment with more or less honey and Ginger Liqueur depending on your preference for sweet or spice!
