Earthy, nutty tones paired with the sweetness of maple.
- 1 oz New Deal Coffee Liqueur
- ¾ oz Nocino
- 4 oz strong hot coffee
- maple walnut cream (recipe below)
Add coffee liqueur and nocino to coffee, then top with maple walnut cream.
Maple Walnut Cream
- 4 oz of cream
- shaken with five dashes of walnut bitters
- and a spoonful of maple simple syrup (2 parts maple syrup to 1 part water)
