Ginger Coastline
- 1 ½ oz New Deal Ginger Liqueur
- ¾ oz Daddy’s Banana Falernum Cocktail Syrup
- 4 oz Dappled Citrus Tonic
- 1 lime wedge for garnish
In a rocks glass, stir the liqueur and syrup together. Pour in citrus tonic, fill with ice, and garnish with a lime wedge.
Americano Bianco
- 1 ½ oz Cascadia American Bitter Liqueur
- 1 ½ oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
- 3 -4 oz Dappled Floral Tonic
- 1 lemon peel for garnish
Add all ingredients to a 12 oz Collins glass and stir to incorporate. Top with ice and garnish with a lemon peel.
The Best Vodka Tonic Ever
- 1 ½ oz New Deal Vodka
- ½ oz Daddy’s Grapefruit Cocktail Syrup
- 6 oz Dappled Floral Tonic
- 1 lemon swath for garnish
In a collins glass, stir all ingredients together. Top with ice and express the oils of a lemon peel over the surface of the drink.
Eye of the Tiger
- 2 oz Distiller’s Cut Rum
- ¼ oz rose water
- 1 drop Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
- 4 oz mango puree
- 2 oz Dappled Aromatic Tonic
In a plastic container with a lid, stir together the rum, rose water, bitters, and mango puree. Pop on the lid and freeze until it mostly solidifies into a dense slush (four hours or more). Scoop the mango slush mixture into a large glass (bucket, collins, or pint will work), then top with aromatic tonic. Serve with a straw and enjoy.
Passion Fruit Mojito
- 1 ½ oz Distiller’s Cut Rum
- ¾ oz Daddy’s Passion Fruit Vanilla Cocktail Syrup
- ½ oz simple syrup (if using a store-bought passion fruit syrup you may want to omit the simple syrup)
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 3 oz Dappled Citrus Tonic
- 1 mint sprig for garnish
In a collins glass, gently muddle the mint, rum, and syrup together. Add citrus tonic, top with ice, and stir to incorporate. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Summer Bouquet
- 1 oz Daddy’s Strawberry Jamaica Cocktail Syrup
- 3 oz Dappled Floral Tonic
- 1 strawberry for garnish
In a rocks glass, stir syrup and floral tonic together. Top with ice and garnish with a strawberry.
