White dog whiskey adds a lovely lightness to this cocktail inspired by the classic Sazerac.
- 2 oz Rye White Dog Whiskey
- 1/2 oz honey simple syrup
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
Combine in mixing vessel with ice, stir & strain into rocks glass over king cube. Garnish with lemon twist.
