New Deal Vodka was awarded a Gold Medal by the prestigious Beverage Testing Institute in 2016. Rating the spirit “exceptional” they reviewed it as “a very nice creamy vodka with a lot of character.” And described the flavor profile as having a “soft, dry-yet-fruity light body and a tingling, breezy butter praline, candy corn, and mocha latte finish.”

The grain is mashed in hot water to convert starches to sugar.
The cooled mash is fermented in-house for five days.
A rough, pot still distillation results in “low-wines.”
The final spirit is distilled in our 22-plate copper Christian Carl still.
