There are few cocktails more refreshing than the mojito.
- 1½ oz Distiller’s Cut Rum
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- soda water
- 8 mint leaves for muddling
- 1 mint sprig or lime wheel for garnish
Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add rum and lime juice then fill with ice and shake until cold. Double strain into a rocks or collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig or lime wheel.
