Our five-hour class offers a hands-on introduction to fermentation, distillation, and barrel-aging of a small-batch whiskey. Attendees will participate in every aspect of production as well as learn how various factors, such as grain choice, enzyme and yeast usage, distillation technique, and barrel aging affect the final whiskey product. Morning coffee and lunch are provided. All classes take place on Sundays from 10am-3pm.
Classes are limited to 10 people per day with registration fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, you will be given a choice to have your registration changed to another open date or receive a 50% refund ($125). Cancellations must be made 15 days before the class date.
