The Caipirinha is Brazil’s national cocktail, usually made using cachaça, but our Distiller’s Cut Rum works beautifully.

  • half a lime
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 oz Distiller’s Cut Rum

Cut the lime into 4 pieces and place in an Old Fashioned glass. Sprinkle with sugar and muddle to release juice. Add rum and stir to mix, then add ice and stir again.
