Our five-hour class offers a hands-on introduction to fermentation, distillation, and barrel-aging of a small-batch whiskey. Attendees will participate in every aspect of production as well as learn how various factors, such as grain choice, enzyme and yeast usage, distillation technique, and barrel aging affect the final whiskey product. Morning coffee and lunch are provided. All classes take place on Sundays from 10am-3pm. Cost: $250 per person. Payment is made via PayPal with credit card or PayPal account.
